Founded in 2020 by Tina Babcock and Sally Moore, the firm was built on decades of experience representing national insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals throughout Virginia. Both attorneys previously led practice groups at an established Virginia Beach law firm, where they earned a reputation for strategic litigation, sound judgment, and trusted client partnerships.

In 2023, the firm joined forces with Lambert & Lambert, PLC, a respected Southeastern Virginia practice founded by Larry Lambert, Sr. in 2004 and built upon a tradition of integrity, preparation, and courtroom excellence. Under the leadership of Larry Lambert, Jr., the firms came together to form Babcock Moore & Lambert, PLC, combining decades of litigation experience and strengthening a shared commitment to delivering results-driven legal representation throughout Virginia.

With a combined 70 years of litigation experience, Larry, Tina, and Sally, along with their team, focus on making a difference for every client they serve, whether guiding an individual who is overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the legal process or serving business and insurance clients. The attorneys of Babcock Moore & Lambert are experienced litigators dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of professional excellence, efficient litigation, and practical claim resolution.

In 2024, Amy Chudzinski joined the firm as partner, expanding our capabilities with her background in insurance defense, civil litigation, and criminal law. Her experience as a former government contractor serving military service members reflects our firm’s deep respect for service and community.

In June 2026, founding partner Sally Moore retired from the firm and relocated to North Carolina, where she remains a licensed attorney dedicated to serving those in need. Sally's vision, passion, and dedication were instrumental in building the foundation and reputation of Babcock Moore & Lambert. Her commitment to excellence, client service, and the practice of law helped create the legacy that continues to define our firm today. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and proud to carry forward the values and standards she helped establish.
