Serving as counsel for several national insurance companies over the past 25+ years, Tina has gained extensive experience in the litigation and handling of claims arising from negligence, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud, and workers’ compensation.
Tina is passionate about helping individuals with claims for personal injuries (automobile accidents, slip/trip and fall, etc.), wrongful death, estate planning (wills, power of attorneys, medical directives, etc.), lemon law complaints, and all other types of civil disputes for money where she can help make a difference. Tina is able to assist eligible individuals expunge and/or seal criminal charges and convictions, remove a history of unlawful detainers, and restore the public record for victims of human trafficking.
