Mike Jenkins is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly two decades of legal experience representing individuals, businesses, and government entities in complex litigation and regulatory matters. His diverse background spans personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation, appellate practice, and regulatory compliance, giving him a unique perspective on solving legal challenges from every angle.

Throughout his career, Mike has built a reputation for thoughtful advocacy, strategic problem-solving, and unwavering dedication to his clients. Whether negotiating favorable settlements, preparing cases for trial, or guiding clients through difficult legal situations, he is committed to delivering practical advice, clear communication, and results-driven representation.

Before joining Babcock Moore & Lambert, PLC, Mike served as Associate General Counsel with the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where he handled appellate matters, public records compliance, and legal policy issues. He also spent several years as Compliance Officer and Operations Manager for a national mortgage organization, overseeing regulatory compliance for more than 30 joint venture entities and leading successful state regulatory audits.

Today, Mike brings his extensive courtroom and litigation experience to his insurance defense and civil litigation practice, helping clients navigate complex legal disputes efficiently while protecting their interests from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Mike earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University.
